Where did it start?
Festival workshops disappear when they end. Dancers needed a place to sell lessons, and students a way to keep practicing at their own pace after the event.
What did we build?
We built a player with purchase, mirror mode, 0.5x speed, section loops and bilingual captions, and combined dancer, student and community screens in one service. The original Rails service was moved to SvelteKit and a single PostgreSQL database to simplify operations.
- Buy and watch lessons
- Mirror mode · speed control · section loops
- Korean and English captions and UI
- Dancer profiles and community
- Rails → SvelteKit migration · serverless deployment
